Not Unwanted by All – Stand Tall

Oh the Bees. How they love me so. All of my Kin do welcome their visitations. And here comes another. Hello Bee. You are very welcome. Take with you what you need.

I am the much maligned ‘weed’. I am the dandelion. I am scorned by many a gardener, lawn-owner, perfectionist.

I am frowned upon contemptuously when I suddenly appear as an anomaly within the emerald carpet of spindly, cut-leaves of no apparent beauty, them all the same, all the same, the carpet of grass which lays between the indignant observers dwelling, and their boundary fence.

Such beauty have I. There is no argument. I am a shining beacon. I am like the Sun. I am the ‘Jewel in the lawn’; if I may say so for myself. And here I am. Sharing my beauty with the World, and my goodness with the Bees. Oh the Bees. How they love me so. All of my Kin do welcome their visitations. And here comes another. Hello Bee. You are very welcome. Take with you what you need.

But now comes the indignant. The offended. And not alone. For now, accompanied by the other, the one with 4 wheels and evil machination. Here they come. Such noise; destruction. Flee little Bee. Flee. Goodbye World.
